Time Constraint:- As a team includes a number of members and each member requires a different amount of time to express his opinion about the decision after analyzing the various facts and points, thus the decision making in the team set up requires a lot of time. This time is mainly exhausted in organizing, coordinating and establishing the healthy relationships. In order to deal with the time constraints, the team leader can assign the deadlines for the team members before which they are required to opinion their suggestions. This can also be done by explaining the issues in detail and then expecting the responses within the stipulated time frame.
Group Think:- . Groupthink is a process in which the individuals are not able to put their thoughts and opinions in front of other team members in order to show the conformity with the group’s decision and trying to express that the individual is also among one of the team members.
This situation is quite unproductive and can be risky for the causes of the team as when one of the team members does not feel comfortable in presenting his opinions or suggestions with other team members, the team will not be able to analyze the facts and points of the subject matter under consideration and it could prove fatal in future.

Evaluation Apprehension:- This is the scenario in which many group members do not feel comfortable in expressing their opinions and advice as they think that their expression of ideas will be critically monitored and evaluated by the other team members and it can hamper the future perspective of the employee in the organization. In order to avoid this kind of situation, the managers are required to build confidence among the team members to express their opinions. The leader has to convince the members that their ideas, suggestions are as important as of any other members in the team.
