Personal refers to the personal characteristics and personal effects of the project manager. This refers to

• His personality-which stays almost permanent for life time
• His attitude towards
• His behaviour
• Leadership qualities which may include wide array of traits like having a vision, ability to motivate others, ability to inspire people, lead people and make them achieve things

I have an extrovert personality with a penchant for being with people and helping them I derive my energy from the people around me.( Contract writing involves discussing with and spending time with numerous stakeholders ) This has helped me to mingle with my team members for college as well as work related projects easily and complete it as a team work. This helps to reduce the burden from the work as people feel friendly around me.

I am also structured and disciplined. Project management/ Contract writing is about sticking to the schedule and being planned. My inherent ability to be disciplined has helped me to stay in line with schedule and complete project in time

I am detail oriented. I tend to see the big picture as well as focus on the nuances. Project management (contract writing) is about dealing with innumerable details and even slight mistakes may lead to massive consequences. My ability to see details and patterns has helped me to perfect the project/contracts.

I am responsible and loyal. So people trust me and my team members always come to me various work related issues. This helps me in good human resources management. People tend to respect my ideas and plan thus helping me to overcome obstacles even during a tight schedule. They know I would stand by them in case of failures and this has helped them to take calculated risks in various projects. My ability to understand and empathize with other person’s views and expectations has helped me to gain trust among my stakeholders.this has helped me in negotiation with the parties involved.

I have the leadership quality of motivating people and being persistent. I also have a good vision of things.I have been able to make people stick to projects when they lose interest in the project. I could work out the details of a contract without losing track of the primary vision of the project.
