Marketing research style personal response requested.
What follows at the link below is a wonderful video of Steve Jobs responding to an insult question from a major customer. We need to be able to speak positively about our marketing research, our product, and honor our brand. In our work with marketing research there are going to be mistakes that individuals will be called out for. In this video, I think that Steve Jobs does an excellent job of speaking positively regarding the points he makes, responding to the criticism, and his vision. Please feel free to disagree. I value that we offer our comments and see different perspectives. This enriches our learning experience. I am not offering this video because I am a super fan of Jobs. It just happens to show a very different encounter than I have seen anywhere else.
