I work at an online shopping company which provides different type of products do the customer with the help of an e portal. Company is not so big and still struggling to gain its profits and maximizing the efficiency of the company.
I used to work in the customer care department and the main focus was on customer service by replacement and providing the solutions to the customers.
Our team was small in size and we used to struggle you answer all the available calls of the customers as well as providing the solutions in time as we don’t have the correct strength for the incoming calls.
The activity I always want to introduce into the system was increasing the number of overall employees in the department as well as upgrading the computer systems to maximize the performance .
Increasing the overall number of the department the service of resolving the problems would definitely be increased by a huge margin have the number of available employees for answering the customers call would increase the company’s overall efficiency over the customer care and would make a positive image in the customers.
This is specific activity would increase the value of a service and customer trust would also be increased. By introducing different new strategies in customer care we can easily gain trust our customers and that would help us in improving the our overall business. Enter this activity would increase the internal cost as company has to introduce new systems as well as new employees but the benefits from the better customer care service would increase the overall profit for the company which will compensate view all expenses.
By transferring other employees from less usable departments of the company we can easily manage to extend your all customer service and improve the overall efficiency of the system this would increase the value of the service and would decrease the overall cost.
