Flow rate is minimum of the arrival rate of service rate. Arrival rate is given as 10 customers per hour and service rate = (1/5)*60 = 12 customers per hour. The minimum of these is 10, therefore flow rate is 10 customers per hour

By selling the products online, the company takes longer time for delivery as compared to retail stores. So time dimension is sacrificed, but the company is able to sell at lower prices, therefore price dimension is served.
3. Custom made burgers will increase time and cost.
McDonalds promises to offer fast delivery of inexpensive burgers. However, custom made burgers will require additional time as well as additional cost, which is not aligned with the strategy.
4. Offering to toast vegetables alongwith toasting bread and cheese.
This is an additional customization offering, and therefore fit with the strategy.
5. It sells cars at many price points – from very cheap to very expensive
Price is a unique characteristic of a given customer. Hence selling cars at multiple price points amounts to prioritizing fit dimension of customer utility.
