Yes , i do belive large salaries gain incentives for beneficial consequences and reward for past accomplishments. Bonuses should be given to the employes and salary also change on yearly basis. incentives are the reward for the hard work they are doing or we say the extra effort employees are doing to achive their target. As the CEO of the company perform his task exceptionally ,as they reserve reward for performing this extra work and bringing revenue to the company in the form of revenue. As the CEO is only perform his task and not performing extra work then he get the lower amount of salary in comparision to the employee who perform extra mile to achive the goal. it shows he get the salary for the task he perform only not resciving as much as who work harder. so incentives motivate to earn extra mile .
