An employee working in a comcern or an organisation will give 100% of his commitment and loyalty to his workplace only when he is happy and works peacefully in his organization. Job simplification has a very excellent effect when practised in my workplace. It is nothing but difficult job assigned to one person is broken down and shared among many people so that the job is completed in a short span with the efforts of all and in turn the employees will also feel a sense of pride in completing the task or project.
Surely no .Layoff or downsizing will never give a permanent solution to the problem in an organization. It will be only a temporary option.In the layoff process the company has the chance of loosing excellent,skilled and committed workers.The company will also come to a position when they have to once again recruit people for work,then train them and teach them work.Instead the company can retain all,try to get new projects for their shortcomes and balance at the time of crisis.Once they cross this they will surely survive and succeed.
