4.Perform location analysis———Carefully analysis of the particular region and locals are performed at this stage.
5., Make decision regarding network and facility location———–This is the decision making stage at this stage required changes in the network are properly identified, at this stage over all supply change is facilitate , all the major decisions are taken at this stage to make changes in the supply chain if needed.
6. Develop an implementation plan———–At this stage road map of the current logistics are made , very effective implementation plan is established at this stage . this stage should serve as a useful road map for moving into current supply chain to the desired one.
