Employee handbook – An employee handbook consists of employees’ code of conduct, policies, company culture and procedures. A handbook must contain the way the employees are expected to work in accordance with the vision, mission and value system of the organization and the virtues expected from them like teamwork, collaboration, perfromance under pressure, selfless approach and acquisition of skills, not only to succeed as a individual but also contribute to the organization’s growth as an active team member. They must be conveyed that instead of running after the target with the available resources, they start with target and build up resources to achieve that target, and instead of seeing the individual task in isolation, they must see the whole picture to be successful in the organization.
Breach of Contract letter – The letter is meant to convey the other party that it has not acted in accordance with the terms laid down in the contract. It may be an employee or a firm or a partner. A letter must enlist the policies, customs, regulations and guidelines that were inherent to the contract, and the other party was expected to adhere to them in true spirit. However, it did not, so the purpose is to make him aware of the breach. It must also be conveyed, what it ( other party) did not do so the breach happened and how it could have been avoided.
