M3: Topic and Essential Questions Assignment for PowerPoint Portfolio Project
In this module, you will begin gathering your research to build your PowerPoint presentation which is the Portfolio Project in this course. Before you can begin, you will need to select a topic from the list below. Once you identify a topic of interest you will then create an Essential Question to help guide the process of selecting the research you will need for your presentation.
First, select your topic. You may choose one from the list below or submit another one for approval based on the concepts covered throughout this course.

Once you have selected your topic, go to your textbook as a starting point. Next, visit the Virtual Library to gather more resources that you can utilize in your presentation.
Once you have selected one of the topics above you will want to create an Essential Question. An Essential Question or EQ is an open-ended question that has no one “right” answer. Some examples include: What is the magnitude of the drug problem in America? Nature or Nurture? How do color choices influence interpretation of graphic messages?
After you select your topic and create an Essential Question, please submit them for approval.
