Guidance from the University for the essays:

ESSAYS
The essays are an important part of the application and provide you opportunity to share your story with the admissions committee. We will read every word and wouldn’t ask the questions if we weren’t interested! Please answer each question following the word count guidelines. You only need to submit essays related to your first-preference program.
Essay 1. Post-MBA Career Goals: Define your short-term post-MBA career goals. How are your professional strengths, past experience, and personal attributes aligned with these goals? (300 word limit)
Essay 2. Leadership in Business: The business school is named for Roberto C. Goizueta, a former Chairman and CEO of the Coca-Cola Company who led the organization for 16 years, extending its global reach, quadrupling consumption, building brand responsibility, creating unprecedented shareholder wealth, and demonstrating a commitment to values and positive impact on society. Roberto Goizueta’s core values guide us in educating principled leaders to have a positive influence on business and society. Provide a specific example of your leadership and explain what you learned about yourself through the experience. (300 word limit)
Essay 3. Why Goizueta?: What are you looking to gain from the Goizueta MBA program and how do you see yourself contributing to the Goizueta community? (200 word limit)

Essays should show my previous skills and my previous projects that I delivered to clients.
And shows my passion about building my business.
Also it should be mentioned that I am a full time employee worked as an English teacher, and switched to be a teacher for gifted students. But even though I have a very good job with excellent income, I really need to leave educational system and jump to business field with my previous experiences and need to invest all my skills into something much stronger.

As work experience I spent 10 years from 2007-2017 teaching English for primary schools (Public Schools).Then switched my job in same educational field but to be gifted students teacher. from 2017-present.

(((About My English Skills)))

My English is excellent to communicate with others. As I own a two years diploma for teaching English for primary school and worked as an English teacher for a decade. Also by studying in York University, Canada for 10 months continuously a special program called “Building Leadership For Change Through School Immersion” with Canadian school visits it gave me an extra ability.
BLC program is a scholarship program from our Ministry of Education for selective teachers.

“Solid” is my first “Trade Mark” and my startup company that I wish to build sooner which is targeting military and advanced systems for governments. Solid has been established in 2020 with a flagship solution which is driving real vehicles from distance to be used in tactical scenarios in military field.

“Native Guest” is a platform that I developed to allow teachers host an international educator across the world, this is done during my study a training program in York University, Canada that program called ” Building Leadership For Change Through School Immersion”. 2018

“Eddaah” is a platform that I developed to be a broadcasting system for public schools in our city and it has been officially approved to all schools in our region Makkah, Saudi Arabia. One of my recommender is the Director / General of the school board of Makkah region.

“Smart Attendance” is a software that allows schools & universities attend students with ease by using barcode and generate accurate reports without any effort.
I have sold this system for more than 100 schools and have deliver another customized copy for the College of Sciences, Jazan University, 2011.

“Smart Podium” was a solution that I developed & design eight copies under a subcontract for a project in Taibah University, Saudi Arabia. 2013

In 2014 I’ve developed a customized system for three vehicles to be a fully teleoperated ones to be used in a military show in front of Minister of Interior.

“TAM-Traffic Accidents Management” I’ve developed this system to Traffic Department. Makkah, Saudi Arabia 2015.
which is the system they relies on to generate accurate reports for vehicle accidents.

“Covide19-log” is my system that I developed and submitted to a worldwide Hackathon happened here in Saudi Arabia in 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic which called “Homathon” as we had to do it from home. This is the website for the service: https://www.covid19-log.com

it’s an amazing solution to trace the cases of infected & suspected cases of Covid-19 with ease of use by using only any ID barcode during shopping or visiting any buildings which will be later as a history to know where the infected has visited and who was there at that time by collecting useful information with ease.

From environmental side I was one of the photographers and bird watchers who contributed to the new book “The Birds of Saudi Arabia”, one of my recommenders in my application is Dr. Chirs who is the author of that book.

I am VERY active person to build and deploy solutions to the clients and really need to study MBA program to increase my skills to build my startup company with passion.

One of my dreams in business to make a serious proposal to Hollywood movie actors & directors with real new ideas by involving normal persons in movie scenes by an online competition for public, this will increase new markets ( camera sale, camera accessories, video editing software and so many other ) so, my goal in this project is to make great sponsorships with related companies and sale ads in our platform as millions of visitors will be encouraged to be involved in any type of movie with super stars actors. This is one of my goal that I need to achieve in business during my study in USA.

Another dream for my study is to get improved in business management in general. As I need to start my business under my first trade mark with full of skills and ability to increase my success..
